By using Trilogy to schedule your care workers and organising invoices for payment, you can relax and enjoy life while also enjoying our low 26% fee, giving you even more to spend on your care and services.

Jamie commenced his aged care journey over 25 years ago as a carer and nurse following his absolute passion for looking after the elderly. This passion inspired him to increase his knowledge and seek management roles within the aged care environment where he became very successful and established a strong commitment to providing quality aged care so that the elderly can live with maximum dignity, comfort and independence.

Gary co-founded Trilogy Aged Care Consultants with Jamie Bugden to offer an honest, local and fully transparent home care business that ageing clients and their families could trust. With 30+ years of Business Management experience with a background in Digital & Social Marketing, Wellbeing and Finance, Gary brings a wealth of communication knowledge which is extremely valuable as we try to make the process as simple as possible for our clients to understand and access.

Having assisted his mother in navigating the Aged Care Services system, Gary found the need to make it more simple for ageing individuals, couples and their families to be aware of what was available as early as possible so they can not only continue enjoying their life at home but also take comfort in knowing they have the full support of their family, community and a team of carers that enables them to stay at home for as long as they can.

Jane

Accounts Manager

Jane, our Accounts Manager, plays a vital role in managing accounts receivable and payable, alongside addressing client inquiries, ensuring financial health, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Her background as a support worker and in healthcare administration has endowed her with exceptional empathy, communication, and organisational skills, which she now applies to finance management. 

Jane's unique approach to financial management prioritises both efficiency and the human element, making her an indispensable asset to our team. Her dedication and diverse experience not only bolster our financial operations but also embody our organisation's values, emphasising the importance of compassion and commitment in every interaction.

Michelle

Operations Manager
Michelle has worked in the health sector for 37 years, with her last 22 years being employed with Victoria’s largest public hospital. Her experience ranges from working in Facilities Management to managing cleaning and food services staff for several aged care facilities and the pre-existing North West Mental Health Services.
Michelle’s long history in health care reflects her passion and commitment to supporting client needs.

Michelle’s role at Trilogy Aged Care Consultants is Operations Manager. The responsibilities that come with this role include supporting case management, such as referrals for Occupational Therapy and Allied Health. This role involves creating a familiar and comfortable rapport with clients and their families to commence and consistently manage home care package needs.
