Their goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the care and services you are receiving to support your independent living. They are always available and happy to answer any questions you may have and there is no extra cost for this service - it’s all included in your low 23% flat fee.

A person with minimal care requirements will have a lower need for case management, whereas for a person with higher care requirements, case management can be a critical support assistance to help them source and coordinate their care services without having to organise and self manage themselves.
